Power yoga (personal training)
Power for me is strength and endurance and in these classes you make an investment in those qualities in yourself. In today's society where everyone is fighting for your attention, it takes more than ever strength to stand firmly in oneself and in my classes we practice it through the body. The plan is usually to start with breathing exercises, and then positions for strength and balance, followed by more stretching positions and relaxation. The philosophy of yoga is rarely mentioned in class, but I "meet you where you are" and if it's for health and fitness, that's where we start. Through the physical positions, attention, body presence and listening to one's limits are practiced at the same time.

1.5 hour private session with practice including analysis, a training plan you can take with you to your own training. This class is suitable when you want to try power yoga for the first time. With advantage, you then book a package of 5-10 occasions to deepen your practice.

My name is Matilda, and in addition to founding Ejbla, I am also a yoga and meditation instructor. I am trained in forest bathing, Virya Vinyasa yoga, Yinyoga, Chakrayoga and Global yoga with special training in yoga as personal training. Some of my honored guides are Johanna Hector (Global Yoga) Cecilia Gustavsson (forest bath), Josephine Selander (Virya), Ulrica Norberg (Yinyoga), Doug Keller (therapeutic yoga), Alan Finger (ISHTA) and Emily Fletcher (Ziva). I believe in the power of lifelong learning and that growth happens in the connection between people.
