A calm form of yoga where we hold the positions for about 3-5 minutes in the so-called passive stretch. YinYoga works deep into connective tissue, joints, ligaments and is known for being able to release deep-seated tensions in the body and mind. Suitable for those who want a friendly practice, where there is no focus on terms, difficult exercises or hard-to-reach philosophy. This is a deeply restorative class. You are guided through various options to find what feels good for you. The important thing in yin yoga is not how it looks but how it feels. With soft meditative breathing and focus, you are guided home to yourself. Leave the carpet recovered and rested!
